    Active Plus is aimed at anyone who is new to exercising, senior population or returning from injury or illness. 

    Active Plus are on Monday through to Friday.

    If you are not a member, you can participate in theActive Plus  class at a cost of only $6* per class!

    Come in and give it a go, you will find its a great way to start exercising and at the same time meeting some wonderful people.
